I must admit that I’ll be bugging out early, but Matt and hopefully others will be there.
The next CapSec date (3/27) is right around the corner, but most of the regulars are going to be on travel or in training.

Topics of discussion (other than what beer to try this week) will hopefully include the usual current events, with possibly ShmooCon wrap-up and thoughts, and maybe Black Hat DC if someone made the trek.

I believe the tentative date for the next meeting will be December 27th.
I’d also like to throw out the idea that if we start getting over a dozen people, we might want to think about alternate venues — or are people still good with the Brickskellar? It seems that our group kind of freaked the wait staff out a bit this time around (or was it just me?), and I’m wondering if we might do better with a place with a little more free form space.
The next CapSec meeting will be taking place next week, hopefully after everyone has had a little while to recover from Thanksgiving.

Thanks for stopping by the Cap Sec DC website. We’re still figuring out what we are doing here, but we hope to see you at a happy hour in the near future.
Cap Sec DC is a subset of the CitySec movement. We’re a bunch of Information Security professionals in the Washington DC Metropolitan area, who get together about once a month to socialize and have a few drinks.

Currently, we’re meeting on the last Wednesday of every month at around 7:30 PM
We are taking a hiatus from the Brickskeller as our bar of choice, and are going to try another venue or two in the warmer months.
